It took me a while to narrow down exactly what I wanted in my house. Peter was able to help me shop anywhere in the bay area and we finally found the best house on my second offer. I had to back out of my first offer for a few reasons and Peter made sure I backed out successfully within the contingency period. On my second offer, Peter made sure everything was submitted on time, and kept in good contact well with escrow, bank, and seller to make sure it went smoothly. Peter seems to have advice and knowledge about everywhere in the bay area, and knows what is a good deal or not. They seem like a great resource to talk to about anything real estate. Peter is very friendly and I had a good time chatting with them. They also helped answer all of my questions and helped me get in contact with contractors after and before purchase.

Pete is patient, fun to work with and maintains a no-pressure sales style I find to be welcoming. He was able to get me in to see a "24 hour notice appointment" place in Cazadero within 45 minutes of me texting him about it.

During a very complex and challenging real estate deal, Peter remained calm and positive. He constantly went way out of his way for my benefit. What a joy to be around, and just when I thought about giving up, Peter was right there to encourage me through. Although, the other party was incredibly challenging, Peter remained a class act. He knows the area like the back of his hand and was willing to come to what ever location was required, which is very appreciated and in a busy world, necessary.
