I am very much a 'need to know' person. Peter had the right balance of prompt communication, tempered by having confirmed all details so he knew I was getting news that was accurate, not misleading or needlessly upsetting. He also went to the 'nth' degree to dot the i's and cross the t's to make sure nothing could slow things down or be contested later on. All of the vendors he suggested were also easy to work with. Closing and paperwork were a breeze. Oh, Did I mention that Peter's construction company has been my "go-to" for 24 years? A "Most Trustworthy Over Time" award is deserved here, please.
