Peter is an excellent agent. He helped us purchase our home in 2005, and when we were considering selling in 2022, it was a no-brainer that we would reach out to him. Peter is incredibly accessible, personable, and will make you feel like you have his undivided attention. Every email he ever sent us was followed up or preempted with an explanatory phone call. We couldn't be happier with the outcome of the sale of our old home/purchase of our new one.

Peter is always a pleasure to work with. He assisted us twice with the purchase and sale of our home and we had a great experience each time. With our most recent home sale, Peter was extremely responsive and ready to answer the myriad of questions we had. He's very knowledgeable and walked us through each step of the selling process, which resulted in a smooth and stress-free closing. He explained things thoroughly and educated us on the potential impact of each decision, particularly as we faced a quickly changing housing market. When we were first looking to buy a home, he was great at pointing out potential issues (noticing cracks in the foundation, water damage, etc.) and explaining the cost of mitigating those issues, helping us make a more informed decision in our home buying journey. He really listened to our feedback on each home and helped us find the house we ultimately purchased. As a new build, he was fantastic at helping us put together an offer and negotiate the cost and terms with the builder. We have built a great relationship with Peter and we continue to lean on him for advice as we look at buying in another state.
