Pete Strong

Pete recently helped us to purchase a home in Tampa Bay. During the process Pete listened to our needs and desires for the home. To say that these "evolved" would be an understatement. Through the process he listened and provided us with viable properties to consider. We live in Denver and in my view he went above and beyond by previewing potentials and providing detailed assessments of each. This allowed our actual 3 day hunting visit to be spent on properties we might actually make an offer on. We actually ended up purchasing a single family home when we started out with townhomes. We just decided that the association fee wasn't worth it when we could put that money to work better on a home and have no compromises on space, etc. We wouldn't have made this decision without him spending the time and effort with us thru the process. Once we made an offer he was on the ball with every step of the process reminding me of deadlines and providing me local resources for inspections, Insurance, etc. By the way the inspector he recommended provided the most in depth inspection report I've seen among the 9 homes we've purchased. I would recommend Pete without reservation.
