Pete seemed really nice (and as a person, probably is). However, the house sale almost fell through because Pete was terrible with communication. Believe it or not, ethical or not, we ended up calling the buyers' realtor to get the deal done ourselves. We still had to pay Pete but I would never recommend him and if I could, I would file a complaint. He never did anything unethical, he just didn't know how to do the job.
