I especially like the “staging person” and how she made my house look larger. My 92-year-old mom was living with me at the time. He made sure my mom was well informed before showing the house to make her feel comfortable. That was a huge priority to me. He will return your phone calls promptly, which is crucial. Closing took less than 8 weeks and was a very smooth. The attorney he suggested I obtain was outstanding and very reasonable. If an issue came up, he would contact me immediately and get the issue resolved. Pete searching for a new home for me: He will listen to all your wants and all your needs. Once he knows the criteria you are looking for and the area you wish to live he will search high and low for you. He won’t waste your time. Once he finds a potential property, he schedules a showing ASAP. At the showing he brings “comps” of the houses around you, so you can judge the value of the property. While taking you on a tour of the property, he will suggest easy changes, look for potential flaws, and in the basement he checks the age of the hot water tank, furnace, plus checks the fuse box for being at code. If he an issue comes up about the house he will find the answer within 6 hours. The mortgage broker he hooked me up with was top notch offering many options for purchasing. I haven't found my forever home yet, but we are still looking Choosing Pete was one of the best decisions I have ever made.
