Pete listed my home a while back. I’ve sold homes in the past and experienced the normal agents that list and the only time you hear from them is a complaint. Pete was totally different. Pete is one of the best agents you’ll ever find. He won’t back down from a challenge and will end up finding you exactly what you are looking for. Never have to wonder what is happening in the process, Pete will keep you informed the whole way through, he watches out for you during all of the negotiation process recommending things you would have never thought of. He knows the market and he knows how to get it done regardless of what you want. I definitely recommend Pete!
