It was a pleasure working with Perry he was professional, courteous and I really wished I worked with him when I first purchased my house as his experience in the real estate industry is noteworthy. I liked the fact that we worked as a team so I could really see what the market is currently like and based on that we were able to sell my property within 30 days, when alot of properties in my neighbourhood have been on the market for 4 to 10 months and still not sold. I had a older house so selling it in the current market was a challenge, but the offer I got was reasonable, including the incentives/negotiations of leaseback and buyer giving certain closing concessions.
