She took charge of the effort with an energetic and optimistic attitude, conducting a well-attended open house weekend and obtained several offers above the asking price. She guided us through the steps associated with the probate process, using both her real estate experience and legal background to explain the process. On her own initiative, she went to Town Hall and obtained clarification and documentation on important details like Certificates of Occupancy, Permits, etc. She stayed in close contact with us, providing frequent updates and explanations of the details as they developed.I would highly recommend her to anyone interested in buying or selling a home.
