I have worked with Perry to sell and buy a home, I can tell you that he is the best! If you want a real estate professional that is looking out for you, he is the guy. I sold a home in South Boston where Perry worked tirelessly to maximize the return on my investment. I was so impressed, I asked Perry to help me buy a home outside of the city.
