While living in Arizona I made the decision to make a change and move. With detailed investigation I decided Bastrop. TX is my place. While searching for a bank for loan approval, Moreland Properties was suggested to me. Making the decision to follow that suggestion was one of my best life decisions. All around the Moreland office was helpful but my realtor Perry is the best! Perry did everything in order for me to fly to Austin, find a hotel to stay in Bastrop and look at 8 homes in two days. Day three we made an offer and got everything rolling, even meeting at my hotel to button things up. I was a stranger from out of town and through all our communications and transactions I feel we developed a friendship. This home purchase was made with lots of help from a friend. This was the most enjoyable home purchase of my life with the benefit of gaining a friend.
