Perla was heaven sent! She is thorough and extremely patient. As a first time solo homebuyer I was so indecisive and unsure about what I wanted. Perla was very patient and always got me the viewing appointments when I wanted them (she probably showed me more than 30 homes.) After basically holding my hand in the process I became a buyer that knew exactly what I wanted! Once I knew exactly what I wanted—she delivered!! She always answered ALL of my questions (and I always had a lot). Even up to the day of getting my new home keys—she answered questions even beyond your real estate agent duties—the unpredictable loan & escrow timelines, when I should switch utilities, etc. She truly is so knowledgeable in all scopes of home purchasing! She will be my go to and my go to recommendation!
