I have known Penny her entire realty career, having bought/cold numerous properties through her. She is awesome on a personal level just to talk to but also her sharpness/skill with Pinellas County real estate and the laws and do's and don'ts of neighborhoods, etc. are very appreciated. My wife and I like her so much that when we had a house built (no realtor required since we worked directly with the builder), we threw her into the mix just so she could get a closing commission! That was a thank you for having been so efficient with the home we sold to have the new one built. Hire her - you'll like her too!
