Very hardworking and knowledgeable
Penny Torres has to be one of the most hardworking individuals I have come acquainted with. When I mentioned to her that I was putting my house on the market, I chose Penny because of her hard work and dedication. I did not know where to start. She started the whole process. I.E. getting paperwork together, setting up appraisals, ensuring communication over to the buying team. If there was a issue, Penny did what she needed to do to get the problem fixed. If there is anyone that is in need of someone that is selling a home. Penny Torres is your realtor. She not only becomes just a realtor but Penny becomes a friend. I would definitely use Penny again in the future
