Penny is the best realtor in Las Vegas! Not only is she very professional, she is also very personable and very dedicated to finding her clients the new home they want, exactly as they want it. We first contacted Penny when we were looking to relocate from California. We were looking for homes specifically zoned for several schools in Las Vegas. We would find houses and ask Penny [multiple] questions about properties and she was always very knowledgeable and very responsive. Additionally, Penny was also on the lookout and sending us houses too. We came to town for a weekend and probably saw 20 properties between Saturday and Sunday. This was at our request because we wanted to knockout as much as possible. We made a list based on our findings and the homes Penny sent and Penny coordinated all the times and routes, so we were able to see all the homes we listed. Penny didn't even stop to eat. Come to think of it, I can't even recall if she used the restroom. She is the most dedicated realtor I've ever met. I also appreciated that she was very familiar with each builder. I'm not even kidding. Every single house we walked into, she was armed with all this knowledge about the builder, including what characteristics and features were typical of the builder and how the homes compared to other builders. She's like an Encyclopedia. It's like talking to a sports' fan about their favorite team and they know all the history and statistics. We did find two homes that we really liked, one home more than the other. When it came time for negotiating, Penny told us what she thought and we told her what we wanted and what our limits were and she did a great job negotiating. I can tell she is well respected in her field. She also has good connections within the industry for mortgage brokers. She could not have done a better job and we love our house and will always be grateful to her for finding us a home!
