Penny was fantastic to work with. She spent time getting a feel for what sort of houses we were looking for and would recommend things based on her observations. She was very flexible with coordinating times to view houses and did a great job of getting us scheduled to view places in the pandemic environment. Communication was excellent. Our questions were always answered quickly and she helped us understand the process and what our best options were as first-time home buyers. After an offer was accepted, Penny was very helpful in making sure all our concerns were addressed. When we had a potential issue with the electrical crop up, she made sure we weren't pushed into removing contingencies before we were absolutely comfortable signing off on it. Overall, fantastic experience, we love our new house, and I'd highly recommend Penny to anyone searching for a house.
