I just had to pleasure of buying a home with Penny Shepherd as my agent. I believe the reason I secured the home was because of Penny's expertise. She was an excellent communicator with the seller's agent and made a point for the two of us to go and meet her at the open house the day after our offer was made. Because of her ability to quickly develop relationships and her outgoing and friendly manner - the house was mine! Penny then worked hard to get all the contingencies removed and made sure the rest of the process went off without a hitch. I've made a new friend, Penny is just that kind of person.
