I was so glad to have found Penny Ray to sell my house. I wasn't able to live on my own any longer and wanted to be near family. I called Penny told her my situation, I felt comfortable talking with her, she listened to me then explained what needed to be done to get my house sold. I could tell she had my best interest at heart and was ready to help me. She took care of hiring cleaners, helping me pack, meeting with buyers, and personally stopping by for a visit to check in n me, sometimes bringing me my favorite pizza. We had somewhat of a tricky need. The house was in a trust and I was the trustee. Penny knew exactly how to handle and walked me through everything that was needed very without a hitch.
