Penny is a great Real Estate Professional. She is very knowledgeable of the area and of the buying/selling/renting processes and she is happy to explain and go over details with newbies like me, always keeping my interests first. During the time she represented me when buying a property she eased me through the process with a lot of patience and transparency. It was my first experience buying a home and she assisted me by showing me properties which were exactly what I was looking for. She was always eager to meet me and adjust to my schedule. She also toured the properties with me and pointed out things to look for in regards the quality and value of the home. After finding the right location, she helped me with the negotiation process too, putting her knowledge of the area, of the market and of the history of the location, to work for me. In addition to that, she also put me in contact with her extensive network of contacts, and all of them, from mortgage lenders to home inspectors, were very personable and professional. My case presented a few hiccups which was of no fault to Penny, but thanks to her help and persistence I ended up with a great property, in a great location, within my budget, and right when I needed it. Because of the great experience I had with Penny, I have continued to work with her for other real estate ventures. I highly recommend her for all your home buying or renting needs!
We had to deal with Penny for a rental property, she was representing the landlord, after running our credit check and giving us the approval to move in and two days before the move in date, she showed the apartment to somebody else and they got the apartment. and it doesn't end here, she promised us an amount of money to compensate our moving cost loss and affecting our credit score, but that never happened. she was so ignorant and unprofessional. I would never recommend her for any body.
