I have worked with Penny Kice with both selling and purchasing property for many years. My experience has always been one of complete satisfaction with her knowledge of all aspects of real estate. She has a real attention to detail. She is the expert and I always rely on her expertise to guide and direct me. Our most recent transaction was unusual in the fact that all seller parties were out of town on the date of closing. Due to pre-planning and knowledge of what needed to transpire, the closing was concluded with no issues including the funds being transferred to my bank account the following day.
