A lake house for our family

Penny was extremely competent and knowledgeable in our search for a vacation home. She navigates us through a new-to-us market and did a great job of keeping in mind our needs as a family of four. Ultimately She found a gem of a lake house that we weren’t planning on seeing and expertly managed a great deal, even getting the seller to conduct repairs after we were already under contract. We will definitely call Penny again if we ever need an agent.
