Penny Jackson’s journey into luxury real estate began long before she earned her license. After building several upscale homes along Florida’s renowned 30A corridor with her husband in the early 2000s, Penny quickly developed a deep appreciation for the Emerald Coast lifestyle and the extraordinary communities that define it. Watching families fall in love with the area—and ultimately find their own piece of the beach—sparked what would become a thriving career in luxury real estate along the Emerald Coast. A graduate of Auburn University, where she earned a degree in Hospitality and Restaurant Management, Penny began in group sales at Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort. Having lived within the resort for more than two decades, she has developed an unparalleled understanding of Sandestin’s 72 distinct neighborhoods, resort amenities, homeowners associations, and luxury lifestyle offerings. Many of the same families she first welcomed to the resort years ago have since returned to Penny to help them secure vacation homes, investment properties, golf course residences, and legacy beachfront estates.
