I want to thank Penny for her exceptional amazing job in selling our house at Woodland, CA. She is very knowledgeable, her insight on the areas and properties is always valuable, and she always gave us the right advice at the right time. She really cared for her client and had our best interests at heart. She is honest, stayed calm and never pushed us to make a rush decisions. In several times, we were too eager to give up or compromise in the negotiating; Penny always gave us the best recommendations based on her excellent knowledge to best protect our interest, even this meant more time to close the deal. Penny has been absolutely wonderful to work with. She was always available, warm, patient, responsive and efficient. She had open house almost every week, and we had multiple offers with one month. We moved to Texas after we put our house at CA on market for sale; Penny took good care of our house such as maintenance during our absence. I highly recommend for your future house sale/purchase because she is the best.
