As a first time home buyer, I was looking for houses on redfin.com and got assigned to Penny. She was able to come up with a list of possible houses to see in a short amount of time and was able to get us to see the houses including one we eventually ended up buying. Although the homebuying process was unorthodox due to the seller/mortgage people talking to us directly instead of through Penny, Penny was able to assert herself to help keep us in the loop and advocate for us so that we are in a good position. During the process, Penny was very responsive through phone, text or email at various times of the day, even on weekends. She was able to give us good advice and direct us to the people we need to contact including the home inspection guy. On the day of closing, Penny gave us a housewarming basket and gift including a welcome home mat which I found very sweet. Although I don’t think I’d be buying another house anytime soon, I would definitely recommend Penny to anyone who’s looking for their new forever home cause I know for certain she can get the job done.
