My wife and I came upon one of Penny’s signs while looking at houses one day and decided to give her a call. Choosing her to help us with our house hunt was the best choice! We weren’t really sure what we wanted, but we knew we wanted to be in a good and safe neighborhood. Penny immediately started sending us houses in neighborhoods that she herself would feel comfortable living in. When we would send her houses on Zillow that we found, she would give us her complete honest opinion on the house and the area. She didn’t want to just sell us any house, she wanted us to be truly happy with the house that we decided to purchase. We trusted her fully with this big decision and she didn’t disappoint! She was amazing throughout the whole process and was available at any time to answer the many questions that we had. My brother was able to secure Penny as our realtor to sell my mother's house because we were bringing her down south to live closer to my brother. During the selling process, Penny was extremely knowledgable when we met: personable, helpful, and suggested the best way to go about selling our mother's house as is. She knew exactly what to do to expedite the process and knows the area extremely well. She suggested having an inspection done and including that in the listing so we would not waste any time in negotiating, as we were selling "as is" and were in no position to make improvements. We received an offer the first day on the market. But then, during this process, our mother passed away. Penny was supportive, pointed us in the right direction, and was so kind and compassionate. She was a joy to work with, easy to understand, contact, and always available if we had any questions. This process was not easy on us, but having Penny made it one less thing to worry about. I knew she had our backs and knew what we needed. I can't thank her enough. When someone you love passes away, it's hard to concentrate on the business at hand.
