Penny was so great from the beginning. It started with a chance meeting between her and my boss at an airport. He got her card because he knew I was looking for a realtor. I called and never went back. She addressed any and all concerns with listing agents and I never felt out of the loop being so far away. I was in Michigan looking to relocate to Iowa and when I couldn’t be there to look at houses in person she would video call with me so I could still do a walk through. She made multiple trips to the house for me to see different things and worked with me for inspections and appraisal's. Even now since the close she is still apart of the process knowing I am currently in 2 separate houses trying to get one ready and move out of another she helps if asked. I am very grateful for this chance meeting in an airport. I would not hesitate to call her again if I were to purchase another house. Thank You Penny for everything.
