Penny Fanning was amazing from beginning to end on the purchase of our new home. Penny helped us in everyway she could. We were first time buyers, she explained every detail on purchasing our house. She was very supporting and understanding. She was able to answer all of our questions. We were really lucky to find Penny as our realtor. I was able to contact her everytime i needed her with any problems I had. She always answered my calls and questions. She is such a amazing women.
