Penny was superb in selling my parents older home. It was not in an ideal location and needed updates but Penny found a buyer and got our asking price quickly. I would highly recommend Penny to anyone searching for a professional, dedicated and knowledgeable agent. She is one of the best!

Penny Boyles knows real estate and she knows it’s value. This was the second home she’s sold us and both times she’s been extremely professional, personable and easy to work with. We would easily recommend her when buying a new home. She’s awesome!!

We followed every piece of advice Penny gave us. We wanted a fast sale at a good price and by listening to Penny’s advice that is exactly what we received. House was listed on Sunday and under contract the following Friday. We would definitely recommend Penny. We have used Penny on numerous occasions and she never disappoints.

Penny was our realtor when we bought this house and we used her when we sold it! We wouldn't have been repeat clients if we hadn't had complete confidence in her abilities! She's very down to earth and always kept us apprised of what was going on. She's an excellent realtor and knows her stuff. We most definitely recommend her and would use her again in a heartbeat!! Thanks Penny!!
