Penny took care of everything for us while we were out of state. She scheduled all the repairs and got us quotes etc. This helped big time when we were trying to satisfy the contract with relocation. She tried to get our house sold within a period of 2 months but it never did. I think it was bad timing, she took a few vacations during the process and school had just started. Our home was on the market with her from September-November. We eventually went with a buyout from our relocation company. She now has it listed with that company. She's very busy. Majority of the time our phone calls were missed but she would text us. She doesn't let real estate take over her life, so you may get your call returned in the late evening.
