I first met Christine ( Pei Chun Chang) was through my online inquiry to find a buyer agent to buy a single family home beginning of this year. She is good at finding us a home with what we were looking for. After 2 months, she found us an idea house. Then we closed the deal! Because Redfin offered 1.5 % commission for seller agent and some additional fee for concierge program, we decided to ask Redfin to sell our old townhome in Alameda. It was a bit hard to communicate with 2-3 parties with the concierge program and her assistant because sometime the communication dropped and resulted in some issues. However, after I brought to their attention, they were really professional to admit their mistake and did not charge us for the action items fee. And they followed up with the vendor to get the things done before the market release and open house. As a seller, I was probably more involved than others to communicate what I want both with the concierge representative and the seller broker, Christine. They respected my decision and helped me to meet our expectation. But overall my experience was good that Christine always available to answer my questions and be the middle person to communicate with my concierge representative when it was needed. I will say their concierge program was a good deal. However, Redfin stopped to offer concierge program instead they have a different program they are trying to launch... Reach out to them if you are interested to know. One last thing, Christine is a very responsible person and hard working. She was at each of the open house at the weekend from the beginning to the end. And she always kept us updated through text and email at the end of the date. And she always makes time for you to explain things. She is very relational and easy going too! She is also knowledgeable with the housing market and provides us information to make better informed decisions. Highly recommended Christine if you are looking to buy a house or sell a house.

TL;DR, thanks to Christine, we got our first home with the very first offer we submitted! We were first-time home buyers semi-seriously looking for a home without much knowledge of where to start. Christine met us where we were, always provided us with insights and recommendations but never made us feel rushed or pressured to act every step of the way. The entire process felt very natural and smooth, and after the 6th house we looked at we found the one we wanted to go for. Luckily Christine knew the agent and had worked with them before, which gave us an opportunity to counter when we weren’t the highest bidder. The amount Christine recommended to increase was just right, and we were able to outbid 9 other offers. Christine continued to be responsive and helpful after we closed, helping to facilitate communication between seller and owner to address our remaining questions. After working with another agent, who did not listen to what I desired, Christine took the time to listen, understand what I wanted, and made time to check in with me. Christine impressed me tremendously. I talked to her on Friday, she met with me on Sunday and had a potential buyer on Monday.
