Peggy is absolutely the best real estate professional I have ever dealt with (and I have bought and sold six houses in various locations). I wanted to move to Colorado from the East and had no idea about the market or what to expect. Over the course of a month, Peggy sent me listings and communicated with me about my likes and dislikes. When I came to actually look at available homes, she had appointments lined up and we went to work! I only had four days in Colorado and was about to be homeless, so efficiency was important. By the end of the second day, we were under contract on a house that is perfect. Peggy is knowledgeable about the market, is a good listener and was thorough in her preparation for my visit. She researched the comps for the house I ultimately bought and was helpful in coming up with the right offer. Although Peggy did a great job finding me the right house at the right price, it was her work after we were under contact that was most impressive. She immediately lined up an inspector and a painter before I left — two days! The inspection report looked pretty good to me (it is a relatively new house). But Peggy had some questions and arranged for a number of additional inspections/certifications. She did amazing follow-up work that resulted in substantial financial concessions by the seller. In my absence, she kept me up to date on deadlines, guided me through the process, attended to many details that the client normally would handle and made sure the closing went smoothly in my absence. Thanks to Peggy, the purchase of my new home in Broomfield was a really great experience. If you are looking to buy or sell, I highly recommend Peggy. She is the best!

By far, Peggy is the best realtor my husband and I have ever had. We moved here from Louisiana, which has a very different market than Colorado. Our situation was a bit complicated. For a little over a month, Peggy worked with us long distance. When my husband was in town, she blocked off her time to show him homes and get an idea of what we liked. (We were extremely picky, so I wouldn't classify us easy clients, but you would never know, as Peggy was always kind and always patient.) After my husband moved here, she regularly took him to see other homes. I ended up having to stay behind to sell our house, and Peggy always kept me updated. After our house sold and when we finally found a house we wanted to put an offer on, she was able to help us close quickly (less than a month). Peggy is a truly AMAZING realtor. She is hardworking, honest, smart, and very caring. She also advocates for her clients. We truly appreciate everything she did for us. Without a doubt, hands down, my husband and I would only hire Peggy again, no matter how highly recommended another one came!
