Peggy is very knowledgeable about the market and was able to price our home higher than we thought.

Peggy was very helpful and helped us stage our home and suggested things that helped make the sale, we're sure. She understood the situation we were in and was available to help with decisions and answers to our questions anytime we needed answers. She also was very positive and helped price our home much higher than we thought it would sell for. We had been in our home for over 20 years and she understood how hard it was to leave it and move on. There are times in life when you need an understanding person to deal with and Peggy is that person.
