It doesn't get any better than Peggy. She is an ever calming presence throughout the chaotic home buying experience. Peggy has expert knowledge of the Chicagoland area, all home types, and fantastic negotiating skills. She was always available when I had questions, concerns, or just needed to decompress my stress of being a new homebuyer. I would recommend Peggy to everyone.

We are indebted to Peggy for our home in Elmhurst. She was patient and a great communicator of all the circumstances we would face---previewing what to expect and different paths to consider in any negotiation. She was also understanding when we were acting as the first time home buyers we were, needing to see things another time, reconsidering past decisions, etc. She also helped to keep us grounded in our expectations and desires, while giving us plenty of latitude to make our own decisions (giving comps and her thoughts on what she would do but helping to make things happen if it was right for us in our mind). Peggy also was great when we had to bring our kids along, allowing us to add car seats and being understanding that they would slow things down. I could go on with another dozen different things she did to make things work for us (she is very responsive)---but maybe easier to conclude by saying we greatly appreciate all she did for us. Peggy was great and we would highly recommend her for your future home-buying experiences!
