The home & property needed attention, including a full clean out. Peggy coordinated the contractor. We needed a quick estate sale, and Peggy found the right team. Everything stayed on schedule under her guidance. When new issues cropped up, she was ready with a solution. When we were able to get the home listed, and it was under contract in 2 weeks very close to list price! She also located the right people to tie up inspectors requests.
