Peggy was amazing. She listened to everything we asked for. She was very prompt with responding and keeping us updated on dates. She made sure to explain everything with the best of her knowledge. And she also provided an extensive amount of homes for us to look at.
We loved Peggy! She was amazing at her job. Peggy gave us a lot of homes to choose from, new and old. We appreciated all her help. She really knows her job and is great at what she does.
Who would have thought that just two months ago my husband and I would walk into an open house just to look, and walk out with not only a new Realtor but also a friend and our dream home. We cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Peggy Sheehan. We knew we were getting a great person on our side, but she surpassed our expectations, she is honest and hands-on, and she really helped to take the pressure off of us. We never felt forced to make an offer, Peggy walked us through every step of the negotiations. Our Realtor became our friend as she guided us every step of the way. She made sure, as we moved forward that we were well informed and that we were in agreement with everything taking place. She truly was our best teammate and a great negotiator. Peggy knew what was around the corner before we approached anticipating every move and ready to counter professionally. After looking back at the deal, the negotiations, home inspections, repair request list, helping communicate to lenders, getting us to closing on our dream home, I realized we could not have done this alone. At that moment, I deeply understood the importance of having a great agent and considered us lucky to have Peggy Sheehan as our Realtor. We still talk to Peggy frequently and have become good friends, and she will be our Realtor for life. Patterson-Schwartz should be proud to have such a great agent as a part of their team! We have several friends looking for homes and thinking about selling, and we will always recommend Peggy and Patterson-Schwartz to them!
