I have purchased and sold two homes in the Fountain Hills area with Peggy Maglio as our agent. I wouldn't use anyone else. She's a bull dog when the situation calls for it, and a sweet heart when she see's that honey is the best to attract the best response from the seller/buyer agent. Honest, straight forward, accessible, to the point, great listener, understands your concerns and opinions and adjusts according to your requirements and personal demands. Truly the best realtor I have dealt with over many years in real estate transactions through my life. Peggy's the one!
