Peggy is an excellent realtor. I have been fortunate that I got Peggy's referral through a friend of mine. I was looking to buy a property out of state and particularly in TX area. Peggy helped me find my dream home in Cedar Park. I told her that it was an investment property and my budget range. She found a beautiful Town home/ Condo. She did a clear search and found the my rental property close to Tech giants, easily rental and to easy maintenance. She also referred me to the lender and property management companies. There were few stuff that needed to be taken care before buying the home. Peggy negotiated withe the seller and made it easy for me to buy the home. I am grateful for ever to find MY first home.
