I recently had a death in the family that required me to prepare a home for sale with a very truncated timetable. During what was an obviously difficult period for my family; Peggy made the process as simple as it could be. She quite literally worked on our behalf as if it were here own home being sold. The home went on the market, and was sold the same day above our asking price.
