She was dealing with a very difficult buyer. Who kept breaking the rules, by showing up at times without his realtor Consent bringing with him contractors To examine the roof ! After the inspection was completed. I observed him on my Ring Camera and called Peggy, the final time after he had signed paperwork to purchase the house, I called Peggy and told her the next time I will call the police! He was such a rude man for everyone to deal with! Peggy handled it with grace and professionalism I couldn’t have asked for a person.
