Working with Peggy made the entire home-buying process feel easy and stress-free. She knows her stuff and was always one step ahead, keeping us informed and prepared throughout the entire journey. Peggy was patient, detail-oriented, and truly had our best interest at heart. Despite our house not selling as quickly as Peggy or we expected, she persevered in showing the house. She also did a great job with making sure the house was ready for showing. She also did a great job in communicating with us when there were any concerns or comments from an open house. Because we had moved before our house sold Peggy checked on our house on a regular basis to make sure that everything was taken care of at the house. She also had good contacts for any work that needed to be done. She even went so far as to shovel the driveway When it snowed . We would highly recommend her due to her professionalism and knowledge, as well as her easy to work with skills.

Peggy has gone above and beyond in servicing our home needs on two different occasions over the past decade. She went into a very thick and deep space of ferns against the house and noted that the soil level needed to be raised in order to prevent water seeping into the basement. She has a wonderful support team backing her when yard, electrical, plumbing, painting or cleaning needs to be brought in. And her support team were prompt, knowledgeable and professional. Peggy has earned our trust over the years. She is on her toes and a problem solver. And when Ken & I were unable to scan documents over to the Illinois realtor and loan company, Peggy would stop by our house and scan our documents and forward them on for us on several occasions. She took so much stress off of us when it wasn't even part of her responsibility. Our Illinois loan officer even sent a letter of thanks out to Peggy and us saying that he wished she worked in the Chicagoland suburbs! She made their job less complicated and less stressful (thank you Peggy). And Peggy's kindest act came after 4 p.m. as we were heading to the Fargo hotel so I could do the final cleaning of our home the next morning. Peggy asked me who was going to clean our house. Me of coarse! Peggy just shook her head and said that this was just too much for me. She told me that she could try to arrange a last minute cleaning job for me if I wanted her to. I told her to go ahead and try. I would be my own backup. And at 7:30 a.m. I get a text from Peggy saying that the entire house is clean and spotless! We couldn't believe that she was able to arrange such a last minute task. And when we arrived at the house to check everything out, I just started to cry. It was spotless! I was so happy and relieved.
