Peggy is the best realtor I've ever had in my lifetime. She priced my house spot on just by a walk through-she was less than 5000. Off of the appraisal, I was blown away. I could call or text her anytime and she would respond very fast. She told me the house would sell in less than 30days-wow she was right. She was like family to us, and even helped with our stress levels, found us a home to move into within the same 30 days. She is absolutely the mother of real-estate market.
