Peggy Goodman

I have had a commercial building for sale with this real estate for 16 months. I listed it with Peggy Goodman 4 months ago for lease. Peggy has told 2 potential renters in the last month that the building was sold--NEVER has one signed contract been executed on this property--I have had a few offers but never worked out-Peggy has done more to discourage a lease agreement that she has to promote one--I have searched 4 different days for a listing where the lease terms are shown to potential lessees-there is absolutely NO listing for my property-the only marketing that is being done is a sign on my property where I pay the mortgage, taxes & insurance that this is available for lease, then when someone drives by & sees the advertising I am paying for-Peggy tells them the property is NOT available--terrible---also-3 persons in Peggys office have told her for the last 4 days to call me-she could not bother to call
