She is great at staying on top of the whole process and will help as much as she can even if it means watching your 2 kids while signing paperwork. Peggy helped us price and get our house ready for the market. The house sold quickly. The other realtor was absolutely lousy on the paperwork side so Peggy basically did both the realtor's jobs and got the house closed on time.
