This is the second time I have used Peggy, once three years earlier to purchase a home for my daughter and recently to sell my home. Peggy is much much more than an agent. She treats you like family and looks after every aspect of your desires, from staging to pricing and to ensuring that all prospective buyers are screened. She weeded out non-serious lookers and spent a great deal of time with prospective well qualified buyers to the point we had multiple offers and received much more than what we were asking.
