Peggy Cain is an outstanding realtor. She is very knowledgable about the area and all aspects of a home's systems (plumbing, electrical, well & septic, etc). She is only interested in finding the best property for her clients. She worked with us over several months in order to find us the right home in the right location at the right price. We found her to be very personable and enthusiastic about meeting our needs. She was very accomodating to our schedules since we were living in another state and was able to coordinate many showings with very little notice. Just over 14 years ago I started looking for my first house and Peggy Cain was referred to me. After looking around and finally deciding on the house to purchase back then she offered a lot of insight and knowledge with what to do, buying ones first house can be an intimidating adventure. Since then she has also helped friends and family members with all aspects of real state form buying and selling. Over the past few years we have been looking into up-sizing and there was no question on who to call to handle the transaction for us. This time we were being a little picky on what we were looking for and over the past two years we looked at a handful of houses where Peggy had no issue on getting something set up on a moment’s notice and taking us to see the houses that ended up not appealing to us then we would wait and a few months later another house would come up on the market and we would not be interested. During the time between the contracts being signed and closing Peggy kept everyone from; myself, the sellers, lawyers, and the mortgage officers informed of everything that was happening so that the closing would go, and did go smoothly. During the closing process I mentioned to Peggy that I wanted to turn our existing house into an investment property, and she said to let her know when I was ready to put the old house up for rent. Once I mentioned that we were ready for rental she handled it quickly and it was listed within a few days of the staging. Within two weeks we had a signed lease and the tenants where moving in.
