Peggy Bowler

I first met Peggy based on a recommendation from a neighbor. Peggy has since helped me sell and purchase two homes. The second home purchased was new construction and we ran into several challenges based on an addition of a screened porch and a needed zoning variance. Peggy negotiated with the builder to get a backup contract if my variance was not approved. She is experienced and knowledgeable AND most important she follows up on every detail.
