On one property, she had the original foundation contractor come out and inspect the work they had done previously to insure we were not buying a money pit....that alone was above and beyond. The other realtor just wrote it off as normal settlement. Turned out the house was sinking! I appreciate all the extra work she did to make sure we got into a safe home for our son to live in while attending TAMU. Peggy communicated with the Selling Realtors, so they knew she had an out of town Buyer interested in making an offer, and we were able to put a contract on a home within a day of it being put on the market. Peggy was the best realtor I’ve ever worked with and we’ve moved many times. I was amazed at how she really knew exactly what we were looking for. She listened and understood so our time was never wasted. As I learned the market and needed to change my mind and start looking at different types of house she didn’t show any frustration with me.
