Peggie Wattron was top notch. She came in and gave us an initial review of our house and recommended a few things we could fix to make it more attractive to buyers. We took her recommendations to heart, did the few minor repairs and believe it or not, we got full asking price from the first people through the door. I know its not always this easy but Peggie did her research and knew the comps in the area and helped us set a price that made us both competitive and attractive to buyers.
