Peg Savino is not only a FANTASTIC real estate agent , she is a WONDERFUL human being ! Her honesty and high moral standards make her a person well suited to a job where people need to trust their needs are being taken care of. To say Peg goes above and beyond for her clients , is an understatement !! Her knowledge & experience are amazing and she explains everything in detail . My house was not what you would call high priced, yet , Peg treated me like she was selling a million dollar mansion ! She even purchased materials herself and came over to patch 2 holes in the wall ,to help the sale . NO OTHER agent would have ever done that, and it made such a big difference. When it came time for the closing and the BUYERS agent lied and was deceitful about things he KNEW to be true, they were in the contract in writing and we VERBALLY agreed on the fact I was NOT covering certain costs. Well he twisted words , BUT HE KNEW he lied , I knew he lied, Peg knew he lied and Dunes Law Firm who knew he lied !! Shout out to Dunes Law Firm for also having my back , they offered to lower their fee knowing the buyers agent was essentially stealing money out of my pocket at the closing, but Peg said no, she paid me out of her own pocket to make things right and so I would not be out any money !!! THAT is who she is HONESTY, INTEGRITY & high morals, Peg I will be forever grateful for all your help with the sale of my house, you will never know how much it meant to me when you helped fix the wall and then when you stepped up and made it right after an unscrupulous agent took advantage,because he could, you showed Grace under pressure and reminded me there are people who do what's right , because it's the RIGHT thing to do, THANK YOU , THANK YOU you are the best of the best and if anyone is buying or selling , they need YOU on their team !!! Peg asked us what it was we were looking for in a home. She then took the time to listen to our needs, and then research the market for homes that best fit our needs. She took us to many properties, and explained the pros and cons of each property. She pointed out what could be potential problems down the road, which was greatly appreciated. When we settled on our "new build" property, Peg was instrumental with input for material and future needs for the house. How do you thank someone who has gone so far above and beyond their profession. We had multiple issues with our building contractor. Our son happens to live next door to Peg. When we spoke of our interest in moving to SC, our son asked if we would like to meet Peg as she is a real estate agent and being next door to him would be so convenient. We met her, discussed our needs, and desires and she went to work for us immediately. She found and drove us to existing developments both new and older established homes. Hours and hours later (days) she contacted us about lots that were not even listed for sale yet. She contacted the builder/owner of the lots. She and we met with sales agent for builder. Peg helped us and the sales agent with choices and contract wording so that we were not taken advantage of. She helped us choose what was necessary and what was not necessary or needed. She made the entire process of watching that much money being spent actually very enjoyable. If we were to ever move again(not likely) Peg Savino would be 1st choice, by far, to be our representative.
