He helped me sell my home in a timely manner, even though the buyers ran into problems at the last minute. Pedro goes above and beyond, and is a very hard worker. He has a very friendly demeanor, too, unlike a lot of realtors who are not nice. In addition, he is very responsive to texts, phone calls, and emails. Pedro spent the better part of two years helping us find a property. We were Zillow warriors and had Pedro looking all over the Bryson-Hesperia, Lockwood valley, Hunter-Liggett area of central california. The first time we looked at the property we ended up buying, we couldn't reach a deal with the owners. Pedro kept us in mind and stayed in touch with the sellers. 6 months later the owner came back to us and we made a deal. Then things got complicated. Pedro was superb, and handled everything from working with the county on permits to being on site for contractors when we couldn't be. I highly recommend Pedro, and it's a shame we won't be able to use him again because he got us into a property we will probably never leave.
